The installation, "Keno", comprises the viewing of three short animated films screened inside an 8’ wide storage container into which the public will enter. The animations are based on local urban situations that Altenburger discovered in Utica, which he describes as a “post-industrial city.” Mr. Altenburger was raised in Germany and lives in London, England, where he works as a professional artist full time, exhibiting his sculptures throughout Europe.
