Sang-Ho Shin is a multimedia artist and animator whose work explores transmigration and the concept of the cycle of life. His animation, as a new tool of communication and art, is a method of expression that shows human emotion, imagination and endless circulation.
Shin has a BFA and MFA in Sculpture from Hong-Ik University and an MFA with an emphasis on Art and Technology from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where he was awarded a fellowship. His work has been shown in Korea, Canada, Chicago, Miami, New York City and Scottsdale, AZ. He lives in Seoul, Korea, where he is a lecturer at Sogang University.
