August – September 2018

Ana Cvorovic is a sarajevan born women who migrated to the UK and currently lives and works in London. Ana has received her BA in Fine Arts Painting from Brighton University, Brighton and her MA in Fine Arts Painting from Royal College Of Art in 2013.

Ana has received a grant from The Leathersellers Scholarship in 2012 and has since held many exhibitions all across London and the UK.

Ana’s work is centered in the notion of psychogeography. There is an ongoing exploration of the landscape and it’s features and the way in which it conveys various human psychic states. Her particular focus is on the idea of transience, its presence both in our internal psychic world and its manifestation onto the external geographic world. The act of travel, which triggers this symbiotic state, is a central part of her practice.
