Allison Wiese

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Wiese received a B.A. with Honors in Visual Arts from Brown University, and her M.F.A. from the University of California at San Diego. She is a fellow of the MacDowell Colony, an alumna of the Skowhegan School and was a Core Fellow of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston from 2001 to 2003. She is developed a site-specific project for the sculpture garden of the Museum of Contemporary Art, San Diego and was a finalist for the 2004 Artadia Houston Grant.
