The project will fund critical upgrades to air filtration, welding fume extraction, dust collection, and electrical systems, ensuring the organization's facilities continue to support ambitious contemporary sculpture as it prepares to celebrate its 50th Anniversary in 2027.

Three recent grants from the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) and the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) reflect a growing investment in Sculpture Space’s mission and its capacity to serve artists across New York State and beyond.

Utica, New York—Sculpture Space Inc. is thrilled to announce the receipt of a $50,000 grant from the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) to bolster the organization’s Handicap Accessibility Residency Improvement. This grant, awarded as part of NYSCA’s capital project funding, reflects a commitment to fostering inclusivity and accessibility within the arts community. The Handicap Accessibility Residency Improvement project encompasses several key initiatives to enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
