Jessica Briceno Cisneros

Jessica Briceno Cisneros is a Venezulan born women who has received her masters in History and Visual Arts Theory from University Of Chile, while living in Chile full time.Jessica recreates the geometries of buildings or parts of the city that interest her, allowing her to create a collection of shapes and play with scale. Many of the Modernist architectural projects that she creates are not protected and deteriorate day by day, using generic construction materials.

Jessica has won her first artwork production grant given by the Tajamar Foundation in Chile.The Grant resulted in my newest art piece made entirely of reinforced concrete. It’s the biggest piece i've made so far: it measures around 160x160x130 centimeters and weighs over 300 kilograms.
